Hi, Alex here!
A Northern California native, now residing in New Zealand. What else? My wardrobe consists of earth tones (Is black an earth tone?) Matcha in all forms is the flavour of choice. I still secretly think that I'm capable of being a superhero. Random and full of life, you get the gist.
Am I the creator behind Honey and Heirloom? Yes, but before categorising myself, I’m multi-faceted; I’m a photographer, a makeup artist, a stylist, and a mental health advocate.
Curiosity is a door to the world of knowledge, right?
I have an uncompromising obsession with approaching everything I do through an artist's lens, whilst learning about the world with the tiny surprises it comes with.
Our “Why?”
Who would have thought that a group of creatives could gather and tangibly freeze a moment or paint our best faces forward as a profession?
Every person we have been able to meet on the other side of the camera or our makeup chairs has changed the team for the better in one way or another; We could only hope that we do the same for them.
Our aim? To document your story and moments that mean the world to you. We want you to look back at your photos/videos and see nothing but a relived moment.. in all candour, that makes it all yours.
At the end of the day, we do not wish to just deliver good services (We want to go beyond that). We want to provide a space where you can completely show up with your heart on your sleeve, waiting for that moment to be captured.
